How to Submit a Request
To opt out, or to request access to or deletion of your personal information, please email support@claims-foryou.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please include:
- Your full name;
- The email address and/or phone number you provided to us;
- The specific request you are making (opt out of sale/sharing, access, or deletion).
We will verify and process your request as required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
